На самом деле польза приседаний условна, если они выполняются неправильно. Особенно необходимо следить за осанкой во время выполнения этого упражнения, неправильное положение позвоночника может привести к травме. А выполнять приседания с нагрузкой (с весом) без наблюдения тренера или профессионала по пауэрлифтингу или культуризму вообще нельзя!

Никогда не задавалась вопросом сколько приседаний я могу выполнить за минуту))
Это задание оказалось для меня не таким простым как думалось,
с приседаниями у меня отношения не очень))
А моему любимцу этот вид тренировки показался немного скучным))
Но чего только не сделаешь для красоты , можно и по приседать))

not only running, running is the basis of training building a good health because it is aerobic exercise and it must being in your every schedule or every 2 days schedule. But you need also anaerobic exercising for muscles...make them not only stronger but healthier in its chemical reactions and responses ;) ;)

Hi! This week we've got a very interesting and cool task! Really, I like it so much! So, it's about squats and we should try to do not less than 30 squats in 1 minute. I agree, that squats are very helpful and good for our figure and muscles, especially for our booty and legs. Well, as for me I don't like trainings with different weights.
