Hi! This week we've got a very interesting and cool task! Really, I like it so much! So, it's about squats and we should try to do not less than 30 squats in 1 minute. I agree, that squats are very helpful and good for our figure and muscles, especially for our booty and legs. Well, as for me I don't like trainings with different weights. I believe that our own weight is enough to work with, but for a good result better to work with a high speed( as high as it possible for you). And don't be afraid of painful feelings in your body next day after your training. It's ok, it's just your muscles become stronger. All of us have seen many examples, how different people were loosing their weight thanx to sport exercises. But, what I really want to suggest, it's just don't be lazy and try to do some sports movements at least 2-3 times a week and you will never feel yourself tired, heavy and weak. Squats are the basic movement almost in every sport. Also it can be used in some rehabilitation after an injury or an accident. We can make squats in different ways, we can sit down very low or just finish the movement in the middle on the same line with knees. By the way, be careful with your knees and better warm up a little before you will start to do anything. Now it's a summer time, and I think that it's a great time to work with our body, look great everywhere and in every clothes, especially in a swimsuit! I did 50 squats in 1 minute and what about you?!)
