I want to show you not only squats, but my top 3 exercises for legs and whole body that I do every day! Well, it doesn't take a long time to do it and I think that we ,girls , must work on our body every day!!! Also, I know that most important think is to want it. No matter how you look - if you really want to change your self - just start it , just do it!
