Relax, take it easy

Hello,Everyone!!
I have a few words to you and useful suggestions.
So what to do when we feel so much stress? How to learn to relax?

Some people are so much stressed, that even can't relax themselves.
After hard work we are still in a stress.
So here is my ways how I deal with stress and find relaxation in everyday life.
I gave suggestions about 9 ways I use -how to deal with stress.

Стресс может полезен для вашего организма))
конечно, лишь в случае, если он кратковременный))
все мы знаем о его вреде, пожалуй, даже нет смысла перечислять как и на что он негативно влияет.
но, если он кратковременный, то может благотворно повлиять на наш организм))

Caffeine and trading

I am sure that many of traders drink coffee, black tree, green tee, coca-cola and eat chocolate just to get some energy or alertness as well before the trading day as during the day. All of these drinks and also chocolate contains caffeine which is considered a natural stimulant.

We put on weight when the calories we take in are more than the calories we burn. So for people with an increased mental and physical work it will not cause weight gain. But high amounts of sugar can cause insulin spikes and may even promote diabetes. As to tooth decay just rinse your mouth with a mouthwash after each consumption of sweets and your teeth will stay strong. But if someone has bad teeth from nature, nothing will help :)

There has been some studies that have proved that teeth are not getting damaged from what we eat directly, but as a result of lack of vitamins and minerals which are killed by many chemical and artificial things that we eat. By the way, if it was only up to nature everybody would have more or less perfect teeth.

You know what, both of you? Restraining yourself from things you love makes you unhappy, depressed, leads to heart conditions and stuff. Eventually, life is an incurable disease. So low calcium will hardly make an impact if I still have my big fat smile :D

O thank you girls for your concern! I'm fine now, much much better! I spent one day at home, peacefully, under AC, reading book, resting. My husband cooked, children cleaned their room... :))) I was just so tired last days and maybe little anxious about everything. You know, sometimes is hard doing everything alone without any help. But I'm courageous women! :) tnx
