How often do you feel yourself stressed during the day time, especially traders? Every day we meet different situations in our life which makes us lose control of our inner serenity. But today we have no time for that and we need to know how to handle it fast and easy. There are some technics which will help you to make your mind and body up in a short period of time:

  1. Meditate. Few minutes per day will help you to ease your everyday anxiety.
  2. Breath deeply. As soon as you got bad news or something you have to take 5 minutes to breath deeply before to make any decisions. After this time you will be able to estimate the situation from another side.
  3. Stay present and concentrated.
  4. Reach out. Sometimes you better talk with someone about your problem and get another opinion than keep it inside without knowledge how to solve it.
  5. Tune in to your body. This is everyday technique even can help to prevent different disease. You should investigate your body carefully and pay attention to every unusual feelings.
  6. Decompress. Place a warm heat wrap around your neck and shoulders for 10 mins. Close your eyes and relax. After removing the wrap and use tenuous ball or foam roller to massage away tension.
  7. Lough out loud. This technique is working very well when you think that this is the end of the world))))
  8. Sport. Sport and one more time Sport!!
