True, but worries have brought me only some anxiety and panic attack... Today I really learned to let go. To be in peace! Have you heard of Ho'oponopono - old Hawaiian techniques? So simple and effective.

Seediee, I ve read  a lot of books of Osho even from my 18-19...It's the Hinduspirituality (not for everybody's mind).. but .I've realized  those real feelings and thoughts when I just forgot about his books/// even nowdays
