Hello community! Hello friends!
I want to share with you my video-task about my day!
Today, the October 31, is a Day of relaxation.
It's a day that should be devoted to oneself.
On this day you should definitely visit at least a beauty center or spa salon or sauna, any place where you could do something good for your body and yourself.
Today I also have a bit of a cold, so I chose to go to sauna. I decided that it will help to relax and gain my strength back.

Today I want to offer to you a CELEBRATION OF CHILDHOOD.

Детство всегда с нами, и только мы модем возвращать себя в эту пору, конечно не будет не всё так когда были детьми, но всё же мультики сладкое и друзья нам помогут!!!

Hello,Everybody!
I "create" this Holiday right after i come back to Riga.
Ask place Lampa to organise it here.
That was the same day we organised "Free market" charity event, which also become a good,positive tradition
So "Day of Positive Vibrations"! (photos below!)
I leave this event Open for everybody to come, and I was very glad to see new people, some came very first time to Lampa, they were just curious to be there.

Things like this should be done daily . Blocking emotions leads to volcanic eruptions.  The first Friday in September would see a surge of patients at the Hospital after families punched each others faces  :) .

When I was sitting and planning my shedule my little son went to me and asked me- Mom, why you are so busy?
HE said - Play with me, please! Why adults always think about their deals? I am stuck after these words.

Hello Community,
Today, I would like to add to our calendar day of Ecology!!!
The most intense sources of pollution is the exhaust gases from cars.
Air pollution affects the health of children and adults. Every year the number of children with chronic respiratory problems, reduced immunity. Action must be taken.


I propose to conduct an annual day of Ecologyю
change from car to bicycle for at least one day!!
