Day 20 ( 2nd Last Day )

Hola, Hello, Hi, Hey, Assalam-0-Alaikum People of community !! Hope everyone is fine ))
Second last day of the contest.. Gonna miss these days.. The month was spent fabulous by performing deeds and tasks of the marathon .... !! Moreover, during this month i have lost some weight which is a good news for me and i am happy ( YAYYIIEE ).

Day 19: Challenges and Report !!

Hi there dukascopy people !
Hope everyone is safe and sound at their places.
Today was my 19th day of marathon contest.. Going to end soon, just two more days to go. Today was Friday and it was spent good..
Woke up and had some morning exercises and before that , started the day with drinking water. Water is beneficial if it is taken before breakfast.

Day 17: Challenges + Report

Hello There respected community members !!
Wishing you good wishes and happiness and hoping all are safe and sound. Going towards the end of the contest and today is my 17th day of #Marathon Contest. Performed regular tasks which are mentioned in the categories of #Lifestyle, #Sport and #Food..
In the morning, done squats and yoga and than protein breakfast i.e eggs and wheat bread.

Day 7 Report !

Hii,
Day 7 of the contest and end of weekend. Sunday is considered as a laziest day of the week.
Challenge for today is drink water, water !!
As always the day started with water. The major advantage of drinking water is that you will eat less, that's how it prevents obesity to some extent and also its keys to stay fit .
