Hii,
Day 7 of the contest and end of weekend. Sunday is considered as a laziest day of the week.
Challenge for today is drink water, water !!
As always the day started with water. The major advantage of drinking water is that you will eat less, that's how it prevents obesity to some extent and also its keys to stay fit .
After taking water i had done some squats and had my breakfast along with taken tea (another form of liquid ) . Then watched some TV series with some juices (b/c i love fruit juices)..
Day was spent good and the task for today was fulfilled.
