Summary of my marathon

  • Drink an adequate amount of water: more water became habit for me and hot temperature helped, at least 2.0 L daily at first week, 2.5 L in second week and 3.0 L in the third week but should say that hot temperature helped a lot to drink more water.

Another daily record in steps

it is not easy to make anew daily record after reaching 14,000 steps,but you should try everyday to be better, today another day record and still at mid of day and still plenty of time to make new steps.
another point, when you go to gym in regular base, and you work hard in your body, you will see results shortly and you will admire your body and yourself and you will feel a value for you, at this point you will stop comparing yourself with others.

Every one should go to gym

It is good idea that you can practice sports in any place, in home, in street and sometimes in your work but going to gym is the best idea, why ?
  • because you will play sports in regular time not depend on your activity or your emotions or your free time, when you book a gym, you will give your self enough time to go and play sports.

Enjoy sleeping in weekends

As I told before, when you have wife and children, it is very difficult to take 8-9 hour per day, as they sometimes need care during night, or you can be disturbed by children noise, anyway, weekend is the best day to give your body its need from sleeping.

another point, it is very great to use weekend to drink water regularly as you outside work, you can drink more water and you can drink big cup of water before meal in order to reduce meal size and all this can be done easily in your weekend,…

  • Drink an adequate amount of water: more water became habit for me and hot temperature helped, at least 2.5-3.0 L daily.
  • Drink a glass of water 15 minutes before eating : one of the most intelligent ways to reduce your meal size, I used this technique before marathon and will continue as diet habit for life.
  • The last meal should be 3-4 hours before sleep : For me my dinner just fruits, one apple, one banana or some orange but just fresh fruits.

Summer time and less sleeping

Last Friday summer time began and it means for me less sleeping as night time reduced by one hour, it is so difficult to achieve 8-9 hour goal but should try.
More hot temperature came to Mediterranean and this encourage most here to drink more water to compensate lost water during work, for more, in summer I eat less and drink more in opposite of winter which I drink less and eat more, so it is best time to drink more water.

More sports and more comfort

It is very strong and strange corelation between sports and comfort, really more fats and calories burning made me comfort and satisfied, and this strengthen me pchysiologically and emotionally,
And this reuduced my look for other people, not comparing yourself with others is so magical for your life.

Less Facebook

I tried to minimize my time on Facebook, the most used social platform used by me, I used Firefox browser Add on called "Mind the time" which calculate time and time percentage of every website we use.
I tried to minimize as possible but still so high, Facebook use lowered from 89% to 76%.

Another 1,000 steps, my life is so cute

  • I often look for other people who especially live more comfort, but nowadays I look to my life as the life I desire, when u do not look to other life, you will be better and doing better.
  • another 10,000 steps were done (around 6 K.M).
  • More water, water before meal is so good idea to minimize your meal.
