It gets harder

Guys it gets hard to do what I wanted to do. I want to eat fast food very badly. Also want to smoke ))
In general i did not eat much fastfood and don't smoke a lot. But after several days without them and thinking that I don't want to eat and smoke makes me want to eat and smoke ))
How should I solve that?

Increased my running distance !

Rashad's tth day of Marathon

I becomes difficult to resist against sausages but i am holding )
I am getting used to 3 set of 25 situps.
I also couldn't keep away from social media. But the rest was fine )

I was doing fine today. committed to my words about water, social media and conservated food.
But I forgot about it at the end of working day. I was hungry and bought hotdog
But i finished day with 2 sets of 25 situps )

So far it is going good )

I am firmly committed to things I mentioned in contest. No smoking! No sugar! Enough amount of water ! No Conservative food.
Today I started using social media very little. Because of my work, I update some posts and that's it.
I tried to eat more healthy. prefer vegetable. this is what I had for lunch:
smashed bean soup, carrot salad, cucumber, tomato and greens salad plus compot-stewed fruit.
I also ran 4.8km today. It is preparation for marathon )
Also I did 3 sets of 25 situps!
I WILL DO IT ! )

Yesterday 11 April

Unfortunately yesterday I forgot to post. In calendar it shows missed day ( But I did commit myself to challenge.
I did not smoke, drank adequate amount of water 2l a day. and did not eat canned food.
Beside that I did 3 sets of 25 situps

Third day with progress

Dear friends, this is my third day of marathon. It is going good. I did not smoke for three days. Did not use sugar in tea and coffee. Also did not ate sausage in spite there were delicious sausages for breakfast )
Today since yesterday I tried to do situps but Today I did only two times 25 ) May be tomorrow I can do three times.
Sorry girls, I know you did not dream about me to be like this but reality is very cruel.
I will loose this fat till the end of marathon ) you will see the difference …

Stopped eating sausage and fast food.

Today i stopped eating sausage. In general i eat sausage very often. Especially for the breakfast. But from today i will stop eating sausages. Will eat only when I do it myself ) )
I also stopped getting sugar. I won't use sugar in tea and coffee. also i stopped eating candies with tea and coffee )
I did not smoke today and won't smoke any more )

First day of Marathon contest

First of all I want to thank Dukascopy for this contest. It was thinking about some changes in my life regarding healthy lifestyle. This contest became extra motivation )
I started doing workouts last month. But I'm taking it slow for not hurt my muscles.
Adequate amount of water
I tried drinking an adequate amount of water today. Doctors say we have to drink 1.5-3 liter of liquid a day.
I periodically drank water at work also include liquid food at lunch.
