American scientists have concluded that thought of sports led muscles of one’s body in good condition.

Such a discovery they made as a result of the experiments conducted. In the study, 10 volunteers aged 25 to 30 years, regularly engaged in mental gymnastics. It's amazing that a few weeks of such "training" their muscles strengthened by 13.5%. The effect of imaginary training lasted for three months.

Physiologist of Cleveland Clinic in Ohio Guan Yu believes that the muscles begin to move in response to neuron impulses. In turn, "warming up" of these neurons depends on strength of pulses sent by brain.
