In this blog I would like to tell you about useful properties of fats as still lots of people consider that all fats makes you gain weight. However, I believe that people who are trying to keep healthy way of life knows that all fats divided on three groups: useful fats and polyunsaturated fatty acids, bad fats and trans fats. Of course I will talk about first group which is coming from avocado, nuts, salmon, tuna,oils, etc. For you to know, the worst is trans fats which are coming from "trash" such as fast food, chips, deep fried dishes and so on.
So our organism is not able to work properly without fat which keep all of our internal organs. We oblige to consume at list low quantity of fats daily. Why?
  1. You need fats to develop you brains ability and make it work properly as our brains consist of fat for 60%. Moreover, our brains needs such vitamins as A, D, E and K but they are not dissolving in water in fat only so you need enough quantity of fat in your body to adopt their effect.
  2. Fat let your lungs to work in full power. Our lungs covered by special fiber which is totally consist of saturated fats. The less fats you have in your body the the thinner that fiber and the more your lungs are subject to risk to different deceases.
  3. Useful fats are making your immunity stronger especially polyunsaturated fatty acids.
  4. Fats keep your skin healthy. As soon as you eat enough of fats your skin is very hydrated and shiny otherwise you won't get anything other than dryness. Moreover, everyone knows that dry skin is getting older faster.
  5. Consumption of Omega 3 acid which is fatty acid help to prevent heart attack.
I think here is enough points to persuade you that consumption of fats is just necessary for our health! Take care of your self and good luck with your diets, healthy eating or whatever))))
