We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It boost your energy for the all day and thats why it is very important to feel yourself very good and comfortable after it. Have you ever noticed high acid in stomach sometimes? Or that you are hungry again in one hour? Or any other not really pleasant feelings in belly? As soon as something discomfortable happening to your body you can't feel yourself full of energy anymore and the day is not going according to your plan 100%(( Thats is an important reason to change a bit your habits and start your day in a right way. I am ready to help you with this by giving the list of products which are bad to have for an empty stomach and, of course, I'm gonna explain you why)))

  1. Pastry. Yeast a causes bloating in your stomach which is not very nice to feel so any pastry is forbidden to eat on an empty stomach.
  2. Yogurt. Let's think why do we need it for? Because of containing a lot of useful bacterium it helps to digest the food we eat. If you will have yogurt for breakfast it's mission is useless. . It is better to have it after your meal.
  3. Coffee. You have to memorize that there is no way to have coffee before or instead of breakfast! As soon as you drunk it on an empty stomach it start to irritate your gastric mucosa straight away and in future will cause the gastritis. I think there is no need to explain you why it is bad))
  4. Sugar and fruts which contain lots of sugar (like banana and grapes). When you have these products on an empty stomach all sugars are going to pancreas mucosa straight away and release of insulin into the blood. It makes the level of the sugar go down and you feel a strong fatigue and apathy instead of being fool of energy!
  5. Citrus fruits. As long as you never had problems with your stomach in your life, just skip this advise. BUT! If you did or still do, you have to avoid fresh juices in the mornings. Because of high acid such an amazing beginning of your day will lead you to ulcer extremely fast.
  6. Pears. They say that "pear in the morning is poison but rose in the evening". This tasty fruit contain a lot of rough fibers that can traumatize a sensitive mucosa of digestive apparatus.
  7. Persimmon. Because of containing of too much of heavy fibers it can be too heavy to digest.
  8. Garlic. OMG! Who is eating garlic for breakfast???????? If there is some funs of spices for breakfast here than you should know that it works the same way as caffein.
  9. Cold beverages. It constrict the blood vessels and breaks all digestion process. The best way to avoid this problem is to have a glass of warm water as soon as you wake up and in a few hours after breakfast you can drink what you want.
As you can see there is nothing special and still you have lots of options to have tasty but healthy breakfast. Variants for ideal breakfast I will give you in my next blog)
