- Put light music (classic, for example Verdi Rigoletto or something what make you sing)
- Drink a glass of water
- Do 15 minutes meditation or exercises (move you body)
- Take a shower (plan your day and imagine results under the water )
- Have a breakfast with pleasure and with fresh juice
- And let your each day be like the last day.
