There are some important products you have to eat as often as possible which provide you with them and extremely useful for you.
- Oysters. Several pieces per day will cover your daily amount of Zinc which is very important for Men's health.
- Bananas are full of Potassium which is playing the main role in heart activity and Vitamin B6 which will make your immune system stronger.
- Oily fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines, herring contain Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid which are vital for brains activity, heart activity and immune system in general.
- Broccoli is full of Beta Carotene, Vitamin C and Potassium.
- Brazil Nut is full of Selenium and Magnesium. This product is useful for the whole body, organs and bones. It also works as very good antioxidant and cam help to reduce the amount of bad cholesterol.
