Everyone has some temptations... But do you have really strong will? Can you resist?

Now I would like to show you which temptations I have and how I fight with it...


- WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING


I wake up at 6.30 am every day and occasionally - at 5.00 am. My working day starts at 8 am so till this time I should be fully ready and in good shape Now I am working as photographer, so sometimes for taking wonderful shots, for example "sunrise" I should wake up at 4.00 - 4.30 am and drive to the beautiful place, where I can shoot it. So I fight with my morning laziness and move on..



- SPORTIVE EXERCISES

For good physical and mental tonus I try to visit gym and swimming - pool 3 - 4 times during week. It helps me to be in good shape and in good mental tonus. Everyone knows that after intellectual work you should make pause...and eat chocolate or visit gym
Nevertheless that I love chocolate a lot, I choose the second one



- LEARN AND DEVELOP YOURSELF

It is well- known that we can learn all our life and still have a lot of gaps in knowledge. I changed my profession and know I am learning professionally Photography, Photoshop and French. I changed country of living, changed my occupation, so now should push myself to learn a lot of new things. It is complicated and stressful sometimes, but in the same time amazing and cool!


- STOP TO BUY THINGS WHICH I DON'T REALLY NEED!!!!

So hard sometimes stop yourself to buy things which you really don't need. I was traveling a lot so always had a desire to buy something new and interesting in every new country. I love pictures, toys, cloth, some unique souvenirs etc. It is really tortures to fight with possibility to buy these things, but I try to stop myself in doing this.




- "NO" - HARMFUL FOOD

Honestly I love harmful food a lot. My favorite food are Cakes, Coca Cola, Sandwiches, Pasta, etc. However I know how it is harmful so I really fight with myself and try to eat proper healthy food. It gives more energy and strength keep you in good shape and health. So I say "NO" - harmful food. We are what we eat!! So let's be healthy, beautiful and sportive
