Recently friend of mine shared this link on facebook:

It is believed that it takes 21 day to do something in a row to form a habit and 3-7 days skipping can ruin it. Here it was decided to be happy 100 days in a row. I decided to start being happy on Saturday this week.
I hope that in 3 months I will be extra positive and really optimistic but actually the time will show.
I already have the experience of making to do list for 21 day and it shows that there are things which I cover and which are less important and sooner or later get to be ignored.
On the one hand this is a good way to become more disciplined on the other hand to figure things which are really important and which might be skipped.
