This summer is so hot that it's very important to keep hydrated. One summer my grandmother bought a juice-maker a few years ago and every summer since I make very good use of it. Today I invited my friend over and we made a very healthy juice. It contained five apricots, half a carrot, a slice of fresh ginger and one celery. The juice was super delicious and refreshing. However for my friend it wasn't sweet enough. If this is the case and you like your juice sweet then I recommend not adding celery or ginger. However celery is very good for bones and ginger is also super healthy.
Gran and I make a juice every day for breakfast. We are always creative with ingredients. Sometimes we also use apples, grapefruit, pears and cucumber. I can never get enough! I'm really glad she bought the juice-maker that one summer a few years ago.
I highly recommend to get a juice-maker or a blender and also make fresh juices or smoothies this summer. It will keep you in shape, healthy and with a higher immunity. Just make sure to brush your teeth after or to drink the juice with a straw to take care of your teeth.
