I chose to cook tomato pasta for you because it's a filling and healthy dish and it is easy enough for you to make yourself. My secret ingredients are Mediterranean vegetables to add texture and nutrition and tomato and basil soup to add more moisture to the sauce. Also the dish can be vegan if you use a vegan pasta! Tomato pasta is one of my favourite but I also love mushroom cream pasta just as much. Mushroom and cream pasta can also be made vegan by using soya cream.
