Hope all are sound & healthy and doing great.
Today is 6th day of my contest challenge.. As the weekend starts from today so that the laziness is also going on its peak. So i decided today to do some stretching exercises which is also a task of #Dukascopy Marathon Contest.
I usually do some exercise to stay fit like squats and planks. RECENTLY, i have started stretching exercises after the workout which are good for body. Major stretching benefits are :
1. It increases efficiency in movement.
2. Increases blood supply and neuro-muscular coordination.
3. Improves balance and reduce muscular tension.
5 MINUTES STRETCHING ROUTINE can be useful for beginners like me :P Do it after the workout. It will give preceding benefits.
