Hello Community . Today I share with you two recipes of my lovely drinks . One will be for summer time and second for winter.
This summer I've enjoyed my homemade lemonade. You need :
- 2 limes
- 1 lemon
- 150 g sugar
- 2.3 l water
-Basil
150 g of sugar is added 300 ml of water and made sugar syrup untill golden brown. 2 l of water bring to a boil , add the lemon & lime juice , zest , syrup. Cover with a lid. Give the brew for 40 minutes . Rub basil leaves and put into lemonade for 10 minutes. Filtered , cooled. Add the ice of rashberry juice with mint .
In winter I prefer mulled wine. Usually mulled wine made from dry wine. I decided to experiment with a dessert wine, and have not regretted.
- 500 ml of wine Lydia
- 5 g of cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, clove and star anise.
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Lemon zest quarter
- 2 slices of orange
Wine mixed with spices, sugar and zest. Bring the temperature to 70 degrees. Add the honey and orange. Keep on low heat for 1 minute. The wine should not be boil. Remove from the heat and let stand for 3 minutes. Filter and pour into glasses.
Luxury fruity Lydia's and spices flavor turn a head and warm you on a winter evening.
