Hello there!
We are at day 7(my god time does fly) and someone like me who doesn't regularly do physical exercise, does have a hard time keeping up with it all. Is not impossible, but a bit hard...
Did the usual morning routine, warm water. Added some multi vitamin pills to the diet for some extra energy boost.
I cut the coffee from 4 cups a day to 2, so I need to get my energy from somewhere
One time instead of sugar I put salt in my coffee haha
Speaking of salt...
When preparing food, one should always try and manage the amount of salt put in food.
A low sodium (another name for salt) diet can be beneficial for your health.
Salt is a major contributor to high blood pressure, which can lead to heart attack and strokes.
This is something I battle with for some time now, not blood pressure, the amount of salt consumed daily.
I really like salty things.

I used to think to counter act the effects of salt I'll eat sweets...right???
So I used to eat a bag of chips, salty peanuts and after that I'll drink a coke and have some chocolate.
Salty against sweet...
Yeah stupid reasoning...
That's a habit I've broken now...

I try to eat fruit on a daily basis to fight against those salty cravings, bananas, citrus kinds, watermelon (hmmm my favorite).
Small things we can do to lead a healthier live style...

Well that's my 2 cents for today, goodluck to all!
