Work those quads! Here's a sissy squat variation, using the leg extension machine. Some key points:❤keep upper body tall, and try to sit back and down (rather than leaning forward and sitting down). This will force the quads to work harder.❤pad should sit below the back of the knee. Use the full stack of weights to insure that the pad doesn't move secure your feet against the bottom of the machine, or make sure your feet will stay put.❤hold a plate if the exercise becomes too easy...but make sure you're using proper form before you add weight!Give it a try..much love to you all❤❤❤
