Work those quads! Here's a sissy squat variation, using the leg extension machine. Some key points:❤keep upper body tall, and try to sit back and down (rather than leaning forward and sitting down). This will force the quads to work harder.❤pad should sit below the back of the knee. Use the full stack of weights to insure that the pad doesn't move secure your feet against the bottom of the machine, or make sure your feet will stay put.❤hold a plate if the exercise becomes too easy...but make sure you're using proper form before you add weight!Give it a try..much love to you all❤❤❤
