As I've stated, yesterday would be my kinda off day in terms of physical work.
Less movement
Going up to 4 days and I haven't walked 10000 steps for the day?!
Wow am I that lazy... mmmmhhh I don't think so, because half the time when I go to check work on the floor I leave my phone in the office. So yeah...
I slept early yesterday, so today I am feeling very alive. Got a good night sleep!

On a side note, when drinking a lot of water, I pee a lot. Like really really really really a lot.
Especially when it's warm water. Not cold.

Well the Challenge will be to reduce those activities...
Lets see if my friends will be supportive. Sometimes they can be a**h****...(I mean that in a non negative way. I love my friends!)
Today is band practice day, So during that time I'll be sweating a lot! So that can replace the walking
So that will mean also no pizza today???? oh man! The horror!

Well good luck to all, I'll do some research on Sodium Glutamate. I have no idea what it is and I've chosen it as a task for this marathon.
