Hi Support Team,
I'm having some trouble with the Contest platform and I just wanna let you know what kind of issues I have. I'm not sure if you are aware of it but here it goes: every time I submit an order I get an error message, something like in the Figure 1. And I have noticed that even my open position was not closed right away , after my SL was hit.
On my last trade I had move my Sl to BE and the order was not triggered when my SL was reached it has gone beyond it, and the market was moving in that area for quite some time without my order to get trigger. In the end I restarted the platform and when I re-opened that trade was closed normally, so it didn't produced any damage. But every time I try to submit an order I get that pop up error.
Does anyone else had this type of error?
By the way: Happy 4th of July to all my American fellows.
Update 1: It seems that I don't have this error anymore and everything seems just fine.
