My equity is down to 62K from 100K after the first week of the October contest. My SL management should have been more agressive as the pound fell out of favour last week. 43K is my current downside equity limit for this month, will trade with more caution next week.
Technical Analysis Contest
I did great in this contest last year, but it looks I have been paying some of that back this year. 8th place in August's contest is so far my best achievement this year with four months to go. I got 76 accuracy (0.1617%), 13 quality and 5 bonus points for a total of 85 points.
Fundamental Analysis Contest
After a week of pause, I managed to take another prize in the contest. My performance (17:12, 124 points) was not really impressive but, with 92 social and 70 bonus points, it was enough for the second place. I said it many times, but: if you comment your predictions and work on social points, you may finish on a great spot even with mediocre performance.
