we celabrate Victory Day; and I hear that most countries have a similar day off

I thought there may be some Gbp and Eur strength in the markets
as the Usd falls against the yen, but no such luck
I have opened long positions in Gbp/Nzd, and Gbp/Aud only to see them go nowhere

I still think the longs maybe good but for now the pairs seem to be trying to
find deeper support,
it is strange though that Gbp and Eur are unwilling to benefit from Usd weakness at the moment
maybe during the week it will become clear why
