As a result of yesturday frustration I did not cut the loosing trades placed after the equity-rollercoster and let them both trigger sl (one positions sl I did set tighter ). Now Im with a mere 50k in a delicate situation since there are 3 weeks to go and I have planty room to the top ( some 230k...) I like this new distance-to-leadership graph Dukascopy-team has put on the contest main site btw, its pretty encouraging. At least for me, some may find the distanceto the top disillusioning i see it as a motivation to be better.

I must figure out some gameplan for the rest of the contest and set appropriate goals if I want to end this month in the top ranks. That is material for my "weekly retrospective" tomorrow. for today Im good.
