Dollar and euro were rising this morning again, risk appetite returns after Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed that a military operation in Ukraine would take place only when all other possibilities have been exhausted.
During a press conference on the situation in Ukraine, Putin said that there is currently no need for a military intervention, but this "possibility" still remains open. This action would be legitimate.
However, investors remained cautious after President Obama sent a message that U.S. would draw as a result of military intervention in the Crimean region economic sanctions into consideration in order to "isolate Russia".
