Dear traders,
It is time to close December Trader contest and publish the results.Here they are!Congratulations to the new Trader of the month Kungfuforex who was extremely good in all 3 nominations except the last one (Trader’s blog).
The second place goes to Daytrader21 who was also good in trading and was just excellent in posting his thoughts and trading ideas in the Trader’s blog. He got 30 out of 31 possible points in Trader’s blog nomination, which means he was posting almost every day. There is no such clause in the Rules of the Contest but it was decided to award his dedication with additional $1,000 prize. So, our congratulations to Daytrader21 who appeared to be the Breakthrough of the month!
We also appreciate other bloggers who have published more than 20 posts. Here they are: AdamFx42, alifari and marius24. It is a pity that AdamFx42 went too far with leverage and caught a painful Margin Cut in the end of the month. Trader’s blog points didn’t help him. Nevertheless, alifari and marius24 found those points useful to step 3 positions up. Congratulations!
Starting with this month, minor changes are applied to the Signal Subscribers nomination. The cumulative traded volumes copied by the signal subscribers will be taken into account. However, we are only calculating the copied volumes of those signal subscribers who have subscribed to at least 5 providers.
One small hint from us: be careful with opening multiple or large positions. Especially on Friday when the over-the-weekend leverage is applied. If your Use of Leverage is more than 66% on Friday 18:00 GMT, you automatically get a Margin Cut and lose your subscribers. Also, don’t forget to consistently show good results in mid- and long-term period to have a chance to win in Signal Provider Grand Prix contest and even to become the Trader of the year!
