Strategy uses CCI and Fractals as two indicators. Default instrument is GBPUSD. default amount is 5 mil. same as the limit set by trader contest. Take profit and stop loss are set at 25 pips. CCI uses 15 minute timeframe where as Fractal is based on 10 minute time frame to make it more accurate. CCI identifies if the market is in oversold or overbought conditions. Oversold condition for CCI is below -100 and overbought condition is for above 100. Fractals are used to open trade positions. for example, if there is a minimumfractal, strategy opens buy position. If there is maximumfractal, strategy opens sell position. But before opening buy or sell position, the fractal signal is filtered by CCI to confirm if the market is in oversold condition (for minimumfractal) and overbought (for maximumfractal) Strategy is good for ranged bound markets, performs well in consolidating market. Strategy has losing trade if there is too much volatility (which will be updated in the few versions). But overall, strategy recovers from any losses incurred during high volatility.
