I believe you saw this in the Dukat contest feed, right?

It means matching the balance of the Jforex account that one uses to trade so as to increase his/her Dukats.

You will also see “Synchronization with Poker account” for those that play poker as well.

Visit https://www.dukascopy.com/fxcomm/dukat/?action=profile&nickname=lightfx to view your profile and transfer Dukats to your Jforex, Binary or poker account.
