I have created a live account with Dukascopy Europe. I have gotten the account number but I haven't received my poker prizes yet? I was wondering how long does it take to get the prize. My account manager says I need to deposit money to get the login info of the account. I'm just curious do I need to deposit from my own pocket or I can start off with the prizes I got. Just for your info I have won over 100 USD which is the minimum requirement. All documents and contest declaration form has been sent and approved.

You can start off with any prize, even if it's less than minimum deposit requirement.

As far as I can see on your profile, you are credited for only 50$ in prize money. The minimum to open the account is 100$. So I would suggest you to be either patient and compete some more, or add another 50$ to your account.
