Hello everybody,
i have a question regarding Jforex platform.
each time i log in the platform, after a while it crashes, show blue screen and reboot my computer. I have updated my JAVA and clear the Cache but still the problem persists.Could anyone tell me how to fix the problem?
Thank you
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Java: https://www.java.com/verify
2. Clear Java cache: Java Control Panel -> General -> Settings -> Delete Files
3. Start JForex platform and select: File -> Workspace -> Restore Default.
4. If problem persists, send an issue report to support@dukascopy.com. Provided information shall include: computer specifications, OS version, Java version, trading account username, screenshots, issue description.
It could be the java is not compatible with your operating system. If that's not the case your operating system might have some files corrupted and any java apps you run would face same issues. I would suggest formatting the PC and keep enough space on C drive to make the computer run smoothly.
I hope this solves the problem.
thanks
JForex is not the best software I have experienced. There are better java based softwares like provided by RTFX. Dukascopy should now work on a flash based version which can work on any PC. All facebook base games use flash.
I have the same problems but not with blue screen and also i have to restart the login info each time it happens i losse winning positions of huge money becose of this and also looking like conected in green when it whas disconnected but no internet problems ,try to use a dinamic ip based on ipv4 to avoid hack atacks and if you run it on a virtual machine better ,this is a problem of the server ,whe have the lastest java updates and normal mac systems ¿why we need to do a master of informatic to work confortable? its clearly enough 4gigs of ram to run everything ,i have records in benchmarks with 4gig of ram runing 3d applications and i cant run a market profile of one month becose it crash?? how its that posible how can this be called a server when i have to use 10gig of virtual memory to run a little better..
