I finished 2nd in the Social Trading Contest of September 2013 and received an email from Dukascopy containing a link to contest results page. What's the next step to receive my 400$ Live Account Prize?

When you open a DEMO account with Dukascopy an account manager will contact you few minutes after registration but when you win a prize you have to wait many days to be contacted!

Can someone from Dukascopy give me a logic explanation?

I win 3rd place in June, 1st in July, 2nd in August and 4th in september but I never get my prize until now. What should I do ????????????
