Am I allowed to download a strategy of other participant and use it in the contest?
The participant may use any strategy published within the current or any previous contests.
yes you are allowed but its not good your rank is in top becoz your points cut from the total one, then its better to make your own and upload
Absolutely NOT!! You cannot take someone else's strategy and use it as your own in the contest. That is called cheating. Just read the rules and you will be familiar with what is and isn't acceptable. If 2 strategies are doing the same trading at same times they get disqualified.
