I still can not run my strategy !

Support, I still can not run my strategy when I click on "restart" button the error : "client id '644139' for sheme 'DEMO' is not registred" is show for me.
Help me please.

log into the platform and see the status. perhaps it is running. some kind of updation problems.

thanks for the help, but this is not a problem in strategy but in the forms register of Contest, which is not allowing me to start my strategy.

Support: other error on click restart strategy -
