I expect better than previous reading and might not beat expectations 0.6%. Bullish.

In spite of downward revision, the economy contracted less than in the previous quarter (-0.6 percent), mainly due to an improvement in inventories and household demand. The data should come positive for EUR and I think it will beat forecast reading. I vote bullish.

At the earlier stages of processing, prices received by manufacturers of intermediate goods advanced 0.5 percent in June, and the crude goods index was unchanged. Overall I expect bearish movement despite todays strong move up for USD. So tomorrow could be big reversal.

Given its importance, an unexpected Retail Sales reading can have a major impact on the movement of GBP/USD. The Q1 release posted a weak gain of just 0.2%. Although this matched the market forecast, GDP looked much weaker compared to Q4 of 2012, when it posted a strong 2.1% gain. The survey’s broadest measure of manufacturing conditions, the diffusion index of current activity, increased from 12.5 in June to 19.8, its highest reading since March 2011. Labor market conditions showed a notable improvement this month. The current employment index, at 7.7, registered its first positive reading in four months. The results may possibly be less or worse than expected and I think last two days USD/JPY upwards may be will end. Bearish.
