Это фитнес для ленивых? больше на массаж какой-то похож))) Мне тоже интересно, помогало ли оно, наверное больше кожу подтягивало, но все равно не заменит упражнений...

I am with JockPippin on this one. As I grow older, I have come to see women and how they dress and act as art. I love Kacey Musgraves "Follow Your Arrow" - it goes like

"If you save yourself for marriage
You're a bore

As soon as you down the first one"

After watching she knows by Ne yo, I am getting a pole dancer for a girlfriend and installing a dancing pole in my house. If you haven't,  please watch it.

Don't judge people by appearance .... this is a rule .... not only about way to dress up but in the general way of life.
in my opinion for the clothes, i pay attention more on the way she is taking care of herself.
Nails, face, teeth, and smel and anyway for clothes, if i don't like it... i will bring her for a shopping session in my taste if i decide to try to build a relationship with her.... :)))))
I am very lucky that my GF have exactly the fashion taste i like, one more plus in her qualities....
Also, there is limit in way to dress up, i like classic and discret people.

No need artificial way to show yourself in fact... stay natural with good fashion taste , comunicativ smiling and good hygien, manucure, pedicure, nice teeth and hair are very important, also the smell... a good parfum is always the elixir of the seduction :)

I have a question to you. What do you think about unusual photo shoots? Recently it becomes very fashionable to do different kinds of photo sets. Professional, family, photo set when the girl is pregnant etc. Nowadays you don't have to be professional model to do it for yourself.
