Летом, конечно же, хочется спастись от жары. Для этого горожане не отказывают себе в удовольствии поплавать в озере или реке, ну или на крайний случай окунуться в ближайшем бассейне. Но лето уже прошло, жара давно спала, на улице держится стабильно несчастные +9, а холодная вода падает прямо с неба. Казалось бы, необходимость в водных процедурах снизилась, но только не для меня. Я не представляю свою жизнь без сауны, но если ты не имеешь стажа посещения сауны около 5 лет, ей лучше не злоупотребл…
