The USDNOK ,after a bounce by 10% from the minimum touched in Feb , could suffer a correction. In fact it is at the level of a static resistance and the oscillators ( RSI and Stochastic ) are in overbought at the moment .
In this case the pair could breach easily the first support provided by the Fibonacci retracement and t reach he the 50% level for Oct.

Attached is the Daily chart for USDNOK where you can see that it is slightly bearish but after it hit the support, it bounced back up to the current level now.
I do expect USDNOK will continue back down and break the 8.0000 level for good and hit my Target profit level at 7.8200

Hi Traders,
Today is USA Independence Day, 4th of July 2018.
Then we have massive US News on late Thrusday 5th July and NFP this Friday.
Let's take a look at USDNOK (US Dollar vs Norwegian Kronor) today.
As you can see from the attached Daily time frame chart, USDNOK declining since yesterday.
I expect USDNOK to continue to decline to the next Daily support level at 8.0000s where a test of the support will happen.

The usd nok , as you see clearly in this chart , is in bearish ( channel ) trend . In the last period we had a bounce that lead it very close to dynamic resistance provided by the upper edge of the channel without breaching it and remaining below the Darvas Box
So in the coming days we could to see a restart of its bearish trend , that should lead the pair down , toward the support provided by Fibonacci ( 38,2%)

The trend line and the Darvas box are clear , the USDNOK is in bearish trend. In fact the pair is down by 7% from the peak reached in Dec 2016
In my opinion this trend should to continue in the next weeks . Taking in account of pair's the past pace a good target could to be static support placed to 7.7 for July

The impressive rally viewed since 2013 to 2015 (+60%) is definitely over , in fact the usd nok is now in a quiet bearish trend that began after the peak of 2016
On this pace it could fall to a level around to 7.5 for June whit the bearish trend that is confirmed also in the short period as show by the SMI oscillator
