USDCHF PRICE FORECAST FOR 2ND JANUARY 2014

We have seen lot of selling interest on USDCHF around 0.9700 & 0.9740 zone and price is making another attempt to breakout of this zone. If this zone holds, we could see a bearish momentum move into 0.9500 level in next few weeks.

Update 1: Since start of July we have seen lot of buying interest on this pair.0.8850 SR level held and price shot up around 200 pips. Price is currently about 40 pips above my target.

Update 1: As expected daily demand zone at 0.8700 held and price shot up around 170 pips. Expecting price to hit 0.8950 level in next few days.

Update 2: As predicted 0.8950 level hit and price went as high as 0.8990. I am expecting 0.9010 level to act as resistance. 0.8960 could act as support on any down move. Price is currently about 33 pips above my target.

Update: As predicted price hit daily demand at 0.8700 where we saw lot of buying interest. Currently price about 55 pips below my target of 0.8900.

Update 1: As per my analysis the supply zone between 0.9130 and 0.9080 held and price dropped around 200 pips in the month of February. We have seen some buying interest at 0.8850 level but it looks like more of demand consumption and we could see another 100 pips drop in coming days, which should be pretty close to my target of 0.8800 level.

Update 2: 0.8850 level is holding for now and price was pushed up from this demand about 75 pips. However, there is broken daily support at 0.8935 which should act as resistance on the retest and we could see some selling from this level. At present price is about 100 pips above my target of 0.8800.

Update 3: As expected the broken daily support at 0.8935 acted as resistance on retest and price dropped with high momentum and closing at 0.8795, which is about 5 pips below my target of 0.8800.

Update 4 (Final Update): Price action on this pair was pretty much the same as I predicted in my analysis. Price is currently about 5 pips above my target of 0.8800. This is my best prediction in this month's contest.

Update: On Daily time frame price is making higher lows and if price breakout of 0.9125 area we could see price rapidly moving into 0.9250 zone. My target of 0.8640 seems far far away for now. There is no technical resistance which suggest price heading down for now.

Update: Price is currently testing daily support level at 0.8850 and if this area holds, we could see some heavy buying taking price into 0.9000 level.

Update 1: Since beginning of this week, we have seen bullish sentiment on this pair mainly due to Taper talk and price had a run up to daily supply Level and important decision point at 0.9455. Price gave up half of the weekly gains on last day of the week, which could be an indication of heavy selling interest at daily supply level of 0.9455. Price closed below 0.9400 important S/R level and I am expecting further down move in coming week. Next demand level is 0.9235.

Update 2: Price is currently consolidating at Daily demand zone at 0.9100 to 0.9050. If this demand zone hold and we see buying interest price would most likely head towards 0.9300 area which is pretty close to my target.
