As you know I had a short USDCHF position for a couple of days. I took it after bearish candle on Monday but something was wrong. I expected continuation on Tuesday, it did not come, on Wednesday morning we have some movement down but it was not very decisive. So I thought it must be something else. It's happened what I expected (but did not want ), EURGBP continued it's way up, at the same time USDCHF remained pretty much flat. I was stopped out with ~37k left in my equity. I still believed USDCHF could be some value at that point and shorted it again @ 1.0099. It generates some profit at the moment, +33 pips to be exact. I am disappointed somewhat cause I expected much stronger continuation to Monday's bearish candle. Well, that's all I got and need to move with this forward.

Short of USDCFH was my only trade of yesterday. I made it @ 1.0098 and it trades at breakeven now. The reason I made this trade was a big bearish candle on Monday which tried to test recent highs, failed and then retreated. Hello,
Yesterday was a cruel day to me. By betting for EUR to continue to depreciate against GBP and USD I was completely blown out. EURUSD was stopped out. Still have EURGBP open with massive loss on it. My equity is currently sits at 70k. Not much joy here. Now I need to lick my wounds and look if I can change anything for the better.

Hello,
EURGBP looks like an opportunity to me now. It reached 0.83 level which I highlighted in my graphs weeks ago. I'm not saying it will definitely turn around here, cause recent performance of EUR is really weak. Though, I expect bulls will give some tough time for sellers at this point and create some nice long trade opportunities.

This is the graph I wrote yesterday about. The price level at 0.98 looks quite attractive to me. It shows long-term resistance and could turn the tables around into favour of bulls. We will see if this can come true.

Today I could not spend much of the time watching the markets. I took long GBPUSD and EURUSD (and EURJPY which is too small to bother about) during European session. After some time the pairs spent indecisively trading around entry levels I needed to leave. I put really close take profit targets with a hope they will close before the NFP. Hi,
I did do 2 trades on Friday. I went long NZD against USD and CHF. My first feeling was right I needed to stay aside. I did not and paid the price. Both pairs moved down significantly and I was stopped out of both of trades with really big losses. My current balance stands at 76k which is nearly the same I started the week with. Still there is some time left for me to try to turn things around. Let's hope a better week is ahead. We will see soon.
