This week we had worst employment data from NZ. NZ Unemployment rate didnt changed and retain the same level 5.8%. So we NZD came down against all other currencies. Today we have US ADP Employment change data and we can expect better number. Because recent jobs data was better. So we can expect ADP data will be better and NFP also going to be better. AUDUSD
Today RBA has cut interest rate from 2.25% to 2.00%. Initial action was AUD selling and then it AUD buying happened due to RBA has removed bearish bias fromt this month statement. But this buying was sending AUDUSD to 0.7920 level only. It could not break this level and it came back to 0.7875 level currently. So my view has not changed for this week. As I mentioend, AUDUSD will go to 0.7680 and then 0.7535
AUDUSD
Today bank holiday in UK. So we could not expect more volatility in Europe times. As I mentioned in previous post, AUD will be bearish on this week. Tomorrow we have RBA rate decision. Most of economists are expecting rate cut. AUD already rejected on 0.8000 level. So both action will support AUD bearish. Sell AUDUSD at current level as 0.7835 with stop loss 0.7940 and take profit level 1 is 0.7680 and TB level 2 is 0.7535
AUD for this week
I am looking AUD pair for coming this week. This week we have AUD main event as RBA interest rate decision. Most of the economists are looking rate cut. I am also expecting AUD rate cut will happen by RBA. I am prefering to sell AUD because of I am expecting RBA decision will be bearish for AUD and AUDUSD already rejected by 0.8000 handle and now trading around 0.7840. If we break 0.7920 level then AUD will be bullish. Till then AUD will be bearish
GBP against USD & EUR
We sell GBP against all major currency. Becasue GBPUSD got rejected around 1.5550 level and next week election is also there. So we can expect GBP profit taking. This will impact GBP hugely. So I am preferring to sell GBP against EUR and as well as USD. I am selling GBPUSD at 1.5380 level with stop loss at 1.5580 and take profit level is 1.5260 , 1.5140 then 1.5020
AUD, NZD and CAD
Today also we had worst US data. US fed said, rate hike will depend on data. But now a days we are getting worst data. SO FED will not raise rate soon. So we can expect USD selling on this week. So I am bulling on AUD, NZD and CAD compare than EUR and GBP. EUR has lot of political issuse and GBP will impact by UK election. So AUD, NZD and CAD currencies are good choice for buying against USD.
AUD & NZD
US retail data came worst than expected value.. so we can expect AUD, NZD, EUR, GBP will rise against USD. GBP and EUR raised lot compare than AUD and NZD. I am expecting AUD and NZD will surge on asian times. So I am selling GBPAUD, EURAUD, GBPNZD & GBPAUD at current level.
EURAUD, EURNZD, GBPAUD & GBPNZD
AUD and NZD came lower because of chinese poor data. But this is helpful for buying dips against GBP and EUR. Sell EURAUD, EURNZD, GBPAUD and GBPNZD at current level for this week. Because selling of these pair started again on last week and this AUD, NZD dip will support for sessling these currency pair.
AUDUSD
AUD is looking strong now a days after RBA decision. Because EUR, GBP and other currencies are falling against USD. But AUD is not falling. So we can buy AUD with more confident against USD and as well as against other currencies also. Once USD correction starts, AUD will surge higher compare than other currencies. We can but AUDUSD at current level as 0.7710 with stop loss 0.7640 and take profit level is 0.7860 then 0.7900. I am feeling 0.7660 is hard break thatsy I mentioned stop loss level is…
Thought about AUD
AUD breaks 0.7710 level.. If one hour & 4 hour handle is above this level then definetely bullish this pair. But we could say, it happened due to postion covering before FED meeting.. But I am expecign dovish FED today. In this case it will help for AUD will reach to next resistance level. AUD is little bit strong against all other currency from yesterday. I hope, at least this trend will live upto this week.
