EURUSD PRICE FORECAST FOR MAY 1ST 2015

EURUSD: After a massive down move, we have seen some buying interest at 1.0450 level and price moved higher around 600 pips. Currently price is slowly coming down again to retest the daily demand zone between 1.0650 - 1.0450. I am expecting this demand zone to hold on any retest and a bullish move into 1.1150 level in coming weeks. Price target for May 1st 2015 is 1.1000.

UPDATE 1: This week price retested the H4 demand zone between 1.0570 to 1.0600 and we have seen a bounce of about 70 pips from this zone, which indicate that some buying interest is gathering at this zone. The 1.0613 level is an important level as the last sharp bullish move was initiated from this level. If price come back and stays above this level that would certainly make a case for further bullish movement in coming days.

UPDATE 2: As predicted last week the demand zone held and we have seen bullish move of about 325 pips on this pair. Although in last couple of days price retraced about 50%, but the price structure suggest price is all set to retest resistance at 1.1039 by end of month.

UPDATE 3: Last week the bullish momentum continued on this pair as there was lot of buying interest at 1.0650 level. On hourly chart price continues to make higher highs and higher lows and the resistance at 1.1032 is expected to hit this week. At present price is around 1.0900 level and about 100 pips shy of my target of 1.1000.

FINAL UPDATE: We have seen a massive bullish run this week and price continued towards daily supply zone at 1.1200 to 1.1270 zone. Although price finished much higher than my predicted target, but overall the prediction was spot on as the price move pretty much the way I predicted.

USDCHF PRICE FORECAST FOR 2ND JANUARY 2014

We have seen lot of selling interest on USDCHF around 0.9700 & 0.9740 zone and price is making another attempt to breakout of this zone. If this zone holds, we could see a bearish momentum move into 0.9500 level in next few weeks.

USDJPY PRICE FORECAST FOR 2ND JANUARY 2014

Since July 2014 USDJPY pushed higher around 1800 pips and based on Monthly charts there is no real resistance until 122.00 level. I am expecting price to hit this level in next two to three weeks and then a retracement back into 120.00 level.

Update 1: As predicted the monthly resistance around 121.80 to 122.00 zone held and acted as resistance and price dropped around 600 pips towards 115.50 level, where we saw profit taking by sellers and buyers taking price up once again. Price is back again at 122.50 to 122.80 zone which is an important H4 supply zone, but there is no instant reaction yet from this zone. It would be interesting to see how price react in next few days.

UPDATE 2: We finally saw some selling interest at 1.2080 level which is a H4 supply zone and price dropped around 70 pips towards 1.2000 level. Since then price remain in a tight consolidation range of about 35 pips. The weekly close price is 120.33 which is about 33 pips above my predicted price of 1.2000. In next few days, I am expecting another retest of 119.60 to 120.00 zone.

UPDATE 3: Price retested the H4 supply zone at 120.70 to 120.80 where we saw heavy selling and price dropped around 180 pips. However, 118.75 was a historical SR level which acted as support and price retraced around 60 pips. Current price is 119.43 which is about 57 pips below my target of 1.2000.

UPDATE 4: We have seen lot of buying interest on first trading day of the month and USDJPY and the 120.00 level was breached and price moved higher towards 120.50 level. Final closing price on USDJPY was 120.48 which is about 48 pips higher than my predicted target. I am pretty pleased with this prediction considering the monthly range was around 650 pips, so not a bad prediction in the end.

USDCAD PRICE FORECAST FOR 2ND JANUARY 2014

Since July 2014 USDCAD pushed higher around 800 pips and November month closed above two important decision points. In December I am expecting continuation of bullish trend and price could reach 1.1700 level where some retracement could happen towards 1.1550 level.

UPDATE 1: As predicted since start of December USDCAD continued to push higher and the pair found resistance around 1.1675. Since then price is consolidating in 125 pips range between 1.1675 and 1.1550. Should the price break out of support at 1.1550 the next level to look for long opportunities would be at 1.1500 and on the up side 1.1700 should provide short opportunities.

UPDATE 2: This week closing price was 1.1621, which is about 71 pips above my predicted target of 1.1550. I still favor bearish price action on this pair in next few days towards an important psychological level and round number 1.1500. To be precise 1.1470 is broken Weekly resistance which should act as support on the retest.

UPDATE 3: Finally we saw some selling interest at H1 supply zone around 1.1650 and price dropped 55 pips. This down move also confirm a wedge breakout pattern to the downside, so I am expecting continuation of bearish price action on USDCAD in coming days. Current closing price is 1.1610 which is about 60 pips above my predicted target of 1.1550.

GBPUSD PRICE FORECAST FOR 2ND JANUARY 2014

Since July 2014 GBPUSD dropped around 1600 pips from a high of 1.7190 to 1.5592. In last couple of weeks we have seen some buying interest at 1.5600 level and selling interest at 1.5825 level. I am expecting breakout of 1.5600 level and price heading towards 1.5500 level where I am expecting lot of buying interest and price could head all the way up to 1.5940 level and then a retrace back into 1.5850 level.

Since May 2014 this pair had a massive drop of around 1550 pips from the high of 1.40 level towards 1.2450 level. I am expecting price to drop further towards 1.2100 level and a retrace back towards 1.2300 level.

UPDATE 1: The price action on EURUSD is pretty much replicating the path predicted in my Weekly Charts. In the first week of December the pair dropped 250 pips from 1.2500 level to 1.2250 level, where we saw lot of buying interest and they pushed price higher towards daily supply zone at 1.2550 to 1.2570. The daily supply zone held and price dropped around 400 pips with momentum and broke out the support at 1.2250 level. EURUSD is all set to test Weekly demand zone at 1.2100 - 1.2130 in next few days, where we could expect some buying interest.

UPDATE 2: We have seen some retracement and buying interest at 1.2160 level and price popped up around 60 pips, but that move was quickly reversed as bearish trend still intact. Next two important support level are 1.2135 and 1.2040. However, price might retrace and retest broken support level at 1.2150 before going down towards those support levels. At present price is about 94 pips lower than my projected target.

UPDATE 3: On H1 chart price continues to make lower lows and drifting towards 1.2100 level. There was a hint of buying interest at Weekly support level at 1.2125 and price popped up around 60 pips, but the bullish momentum was quickly reversed. Price might make another attempt to test H4 SR level at 1.2250. Current closing price is 1.2160 which is about 111 lower than my projected target of 1.2271.

AUDUSD PRICE FORECAST FOR 2ND JANUARY 2015

Update 1: Price is following similar path as predicted. The 139.00 to 140.00 daily supply zone held and price dropped heavily from this zone and into daily demand zone at 136.50. Price is currently about 50 pips above my target.
