Geneva , Zurich or Lauussane. Anywhere in Switzerland. It is a great place to live. You have  france  , italy and germany very close. Also Monaco  and  the Cote de Azur  is near  for a nice  day in the summer.

I must say I'm surprised with results. My 'place' needs to have extreme cold in the winter around 20C, low humidity, summers around 40C, fish, shrimps, octopus and WiFi. :D
