DAY 16 - Keep it Simple - My Supply & Demand Strategy

I really don't go into all this terminology and try to keep it simple. All I look for in S&D zones are whether price left the zone with momentum and in doing so broke any support level, or price made a new lower low for sell and higher high for buy. How price is approaching the zone and whether there is enough space for a better risk to reward ratio.

Update 1: Price is currently about 80 pips below Monthly open price, while other major currencies weakened against JPY, British Pound remain resilient, which goes to show the strength of GBP. 171.20 is holding price for now and I am expecting bullish price action on this pair in next few days.

Update 1: As expected we saw a massive drop of 250 pips this week and there are no signs of retracement yet. 139.50 is next demand zone, where I am expecting some buying interest.

Update 2: 139.50 demand zone didn't held and price broke through it and reach my target of 1.3900. We saw some consolidation at 1.3875 level and today that level was broken to the downside. Price is currently about 60 pips below my target of 1.3900.

Update 3: Final price closed about 12 pips below my target, One of my best prediction considering monthly range was about 438 pips.

Update 1: Price tested broken daily resistance level at 94.45 and the level held on retest so now this level is considered as resistance turned support. There is daily supply zone at 96.00 which need to be consumed first before price could go higher.

Update 1: Price is about 30 pips below Monthly open price and last 3 days price remained in a 55 pips range and as such next week I am expecting price to break support level at 101.28 level.

Update 1: We saw a false breakout of daily demand zone at 1.0875 to 1.0850 and price instantly reversed and weekly closing price is 1.0896, which is well above daily demand zone. The daily supply at 1.0940 should hold if sellers are in control and intend to take price down.

Update 2: As expected the 1.0940 daily supply level held and price dropped down about 105 pips into daily support level. Price is currently about 25 pips above my target.

Update 1: As expected daily demand zone at 0.8700 held and price shot up around 170 pips. Expecting price to hit 0.8950 level in next few days.

Update 2: As predicted 0.8950 level hit and price went as high as 0.8990. I am expecting 0.9010 level to act as resistance. 0.8960 could act as support on any down move. Price is currently about 33 pips above my target.

Update 1: We saw a buyers trap (fake out) of daily resistance and price instantly reversed and dropped almost 170 pips from high of the week. I am expecting 0.8550 demand to hold price for now and retracement back into 0.8700 level where sellers are expected to push price down again towards 0.8500 level.

Update 2: 0.8550 level held price for a short while but eventually the level was broken and price broke out 0.8515 major daily support level and went all the way down to 0.8467. Price is currently about 8 pips below my target.

Update 1: Price is currently about 22 pips below Monthly open price. At the beginning of week we have seen massive buying interest on this pair and price came within 10 pips shy of 1.70 level. The whole up move was reversed in last two days. I am expecting 1.6820 level to hold and continuation of bullish price action next week.

Update: As predicted the stacked daily supply zone between 1.7300 and 1.7400 zone pushes price down about 550 pips and price hit my target of 1.6800 on March 14th. Price is currently at 1.7000 level and I am expecting some selling interest at 1.7050 level taking price down once again.
