1.) Price must close above or Cloud
2.) Cloud colour must match direction of entry
3.) Conversion Line must be above Base Line
4.) Lagging Span must be above or cloud.
SHORT:
1.) Price must close below Cloud
2.) Cloud colour must match direction of entry
